Summary

Jamie Gutual joined the College of Engineering as a lecturer in 2020. She earned her B.S. degree in electrical engineering and M.S. in biomedical engineering at the Βι¶ΉΣ³»­. Her graduate work focused on engineering education. Jamie's research also included investigating the effects of hands-on engineering activities with K-12 students, modeling sensor arrays, recording electrical properties of microfluidic devices, and simulating electromagnetic fields. At the University, Jamie coordinates E-FIT (Engineering Freshman Intensive Transition) and is passionate about K-12 outreach and the professional development of her students.
