Βι¶ΉΣ³» INBRE Tribal Academy of Health and Science

A sunset view of Lake Tahoe

As modern times continually change, we have observed a substantial absence of Native American participation in the conversation involving science and medicine. The Βι¶ΉΣ³» INBRE Tribal Academy of Health and Science is a program designed to assist Native Americans through the process of education and career development in biomedical and health science fields, and we will provide culturally relevant support starting as early as high school.

We believe that Native American communities have a unique insight to offer towards the fields of science and medicine.

We believe that without Native American participation in the scientific and medical fields of study, we are losing valuable knowledge and contribution.

We believe that the Βι¶ΉΣ³» INBRE Tribal Academy of Health and Science can support Native American students with their educational goals and careers in science and medicine.
