On-demand ride service (fall and spring semesters only)
Pack Rides nightly service hours are Monday-Friday 5-10 p.m.
Retail shopping shuttle (fall and spring semesters only)
We offer a continuous shuttle on weekends during fall and spring semesters that picks up from campus and takes you to the WinCo and Walmart shopping centers. Please see below for our hours of operation and shuttle stops.

1. Download PackTransport app from the right app store for you.
2. Get started in the app by signing in with your NetID
Using PackTransport
- Select the “Where to?” search bar near the top of your screen
- Search for your drop-off and select it
- Search for your pick-up location and select it
- Enter the total number of passengers
- Toggle if you need ADA or bicycle accommodations
- Review your trip details
- Confirm and book
Canceling your ride
- Select the “Cancel Ride” button at the top right of your screen
- Confirm cancelation
