Yes, Lawlor has wheelchair accessible seats. We ask that patrons who are in need of these seats request only a ticket for themselves and up to three companions so that all who require this seating may be accommodated. Seating can be reserved in adjacent sections for additional friends and family members. Additional accessibility information is available on our website.
The Reno Fire Codes regulate the number of people who can be on the floor during an event. This is determined by stage placement and seating. Allowing more than that number would create a hazardous situation.
The public is searched to help protect and minimize risk to guests. Items that are not allowed include: weapons of any kind, including pocket knives and mace, laser pointers, bottles and cans of any kind, and food. Most concert promoters do NOT allow video recorders or cameras - please contact the Ticket Office PRIOR to the concert if you have questions.
This is a Reno fire and public health regulation. Currently the smoking area is located outside the upper concourse at section 16. Remember to keep your ticket with you.
Stay calm and contact a Lawlor staff member located at the nearest entry/exit door, dressed in a blue shirt for assistance.
It is important that we keep a safe environment for all of our guests. With that in mind, individuals may be removed from Lawlor for fighting, jumping the rail to get to the floor when they do not have a floor ticket, being a minor in possession of alcohol, handing alcohol to a minor, being unruly or too drunk for their own safety, or conducting any illegal activity.
Yes, diaper changing stations are available in all men's and women's restrooms.
When you buy a ticket, it gives you the right to sit in your seat and enjoy the concert. It also gives you the right to stand or dance in front of your seat. Our ushers will often ask someone if they will sit down in their seat for the benefit of the people behind them, but we cannot make them sit down. People are not allowed to sit, stand or dance on the stairs, in the aisles or in the section entrances.
The logistics and control of a crowd allowed to exit and re-enter are not in the best interest of guest safety.
