Register with the DRC
Click the Apply Now button to complete the DRC online student application. Once your application is submitted, we will be in contact with you by either the phone or the email address that you provide on the application. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your application.
Who should complete the application?
- Students with documented disabilities
- Students requesting academic accommodations
- Students who are receiving treatment for a concussion (head trauma)
- Students with medical conditions that impact their school work
- Students who are pregnant or have other needs related to Title IX
