What will I learn in a human development and family science degree program?

Students in the human development and family science (HDFS) degree program study theory and conduct research in a variety of supervised field experiences. Students will investigate the ways in which individuals interact within the family system and with the larger socioeconomic environment, as well as the process of biosocial, psychosocial and cognitive development across the lifespan.
