Scholarship for Service

The Cybersecurity Center is offering the National Science Foundation CyberCorp Scholarship for Service (SFS) program for students interested in government service in the cybersecurity field. SFS offers up to two years of funding for undergraduates or up to three years for accelerated bachelor’s/master’s program students.

Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD)

The College of Engineering Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering with a minor in Cybersecurity degree program earned the  prestigious CAE-CD designation from the National Security Agency in 2020.

Our mission

Our mission is to master the challenge of cybersecurity by bringing together cross-disciplinary teams to work in synchrony, examining each problem through disciplinary lenses and seeking solutions that incorporate societal, technical, ethical, political and economic considerations. The Cybersecurity Center will provide educational and research opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students that will prepare them to pursue careers in cybersecurity and related fields.
