Summary

Jennifer Lowman supports mixed methods program and learning outcomes assessment for co-curricular programs and student services at Βι¶ΉΣ³»­. She conducts original research for the improvement of student persistence, progress, graduation, and career preparation. Occasionally, she teaches courses on research methods, statistics, and a variety of sociological and educational topics.

She also consults locally, independent of her University position, to support assessment, program evaluation, and data-use in community service programs. Previous career experiences include survey design and deployment with the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey and doctoral work in the Βι¶ΉΣ³»­'s Interdisciplinary Social Psychology Ph.D. program. Jennifer is married to a local science teacher; she's raising two kids to be tree-hugging liberals; believes DIY is the only way to truly live; and can be found in her garden.
