Ponderosa Village is accepting applications for current residents looking to renew and new residents until April 4th, 2025!
After this date, we’ll transition to a waitlist status for those still interested in joining our community. If you’d like to apply after April 1st, simply fill out our Waitlist to stay in the loop! Note: You should have already applied to a program at the Βι¶ΉΣ³» or received a job offer and have an NSHE ID number prior to applying to Ponderosa Village.
All applicants and any additional occupants of the unit will be required to complete a criminal background check before signing a lease or license agreement.
