Peavine Hall is a newer building featuring a wellness theme, providing an opportunity to focus on health and wellness topics that intersect with the daily lives of college students. 

Peavine Hall is a five-story LEED-certified residence hall opened in 2015 and located next to Sierra Hall. The hall features individual rooms with private baths and suite-style rooms with shared baths. Beautiful lounges are found throughout the building to facilitate studying, socializing and recreation. Peavine has a large courtyard for welcome receptions and block parties each fall.

  • Bathroom and shower in each suite shared by four to six residents
  • Bedrooms and hallway fully carpeted
  • Each resident has a single, bunkable oak bed with Twin XL mattress
  • Each resident has a desk, chair, dresser, wastebasket and closet space
  • Window coverings on all windows
  • Adjustable temperature control for heat and central air in each room
