Upon appointment by U.S. Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto and U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen, he currently serves on the Northern Βι¶ΉΣ³» Judicial Commission, which evaluates and recommends candidates for the federal bench. Upon appointment by the Βι¶ΉΣ³» Supreme Court, he also serves on that court’s Bench-Bar Committee — a statewide group of lawyers who work with the justices to study court rules and internal operating procedures.
He teaches Courts in the Criminal Justice Department. He also teaches Race and Law in the Department of Gender, Race, and Identity.
