The Βι¶ΉΣ³» Bioinformatics Center is a core facility providing bioinformatics research resources, services and training in support of existing research programs and in the development of new programs and grant applications to Βι¶ΉΣ³» scientists, institutional collaborators and industry clients.
The Βι¶ΉΣ³» Bioinformatics Center at the Βι¶ΉΣ³» was established in 2001 with funding from and (Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research) to meet the growing bioinformatic needs of Βι¶ΉΣ³» researchers. The center performs data analysis, administers computer equipment and software, provides bioinformatics IT support and bioinformatics programming support, and offers training and workshops on the methods and tools of analysis.
