There is considerable general legislation which applies to the �鶹ӳ�� System of Higher Education (NSHE) as well as to other state agencies and private organizations. Acts of the State Legislature which particularly deal with the university may be found in �鶹ӳ�� Revised Statutes (NRS), Chapter 396.
