Summary

Phil is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a full-time lecturer in the School of Public Health. He has over 20 years of experience working with high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Drawing from his experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and former Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ student-athlete, Phil’s research interest is in the areas of head injury prevention and virtual reality applications for concussion evaluation procedures. In addition to his undergraduate and graduate teaching duties, he works in the Neuromechanics Laboratory and serves as an adjunct clinical athletic trainer for Βι¶ΉΣ³»­ Sports Medicine.
