A musical group of eight peopleIn partnership with Apex Concerts
The 2023 Grammy-nominated British vocal ensemble VOCES8 is proud to inspire people through music and share the joy of singing. The group performs an extensive repertoire both in its a cappella concerts and in collaborations with leading musicians, orchestras, and conductors. Versatility and a celebration of diverse musical expression are central to the ensemble's performance and education ethos.

Each member of this octet brings exceptional expertise to the ensemble. Andrea Haines (Soprano), from singing in church to VOCES8, is one of the group's longest-serving members, known for her mindfulness. Molly Noon (Soprano), who transitioned from violinist to chorister, joined VOCES8 after studying music at Cambridge. Katie Jeffries-Harris (Alto), a former member of the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain, joined the octet after participating in their programs. Barnaby Smith (Countertenor), the ensemble's Artistic Director, is in high demand as a conductor, choir trainer, teacher, vocalist, and arranger around the world. Blake Morgan (Tenor), with a background in classical and jazz, moved from a successful career in ‘American A Cappella’ to VOCES8. Euan Williamson (Tenor), who studied at Newcastle University and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, joined VOCES8 out of passion for music. Chris Moore (Baritone), a former church chorister and Cambridge graduate. In addition to singing, he enjoys conducting and composing. Dominic Carver (Bass), who began with ‘The Bromley Boy Singers’ and studied at the University of Manchester and The Royal Northern College of Music before joining the ensemble. United by their unique musical backgrounds and dedication, VOCES8 is committed to music education, music charity, and innovative classical music outreach.
