Motorist assistance program

The Motorist Assistance Program is our chance to help you! When you are on the main Βι¶ΉΣ³» and have trouble with your car, the Βι¶ΉΣ³» Parking and Transportation Services Department is ready to lend a helping hand. This service is not available on the Βι¶ΉΣ³» at Lake Tahoe campus.

The following services are free of charge

  • Dead battery jump start
  • Unlock service
  • Flat or low tire
  • Out of gas

If you accidentally lock your keys in your car or if it has a dead battery, the Parking and Transportation Services Department will do our best to help you. The Motorist Assistance Program is designed to assist students, faculty, staff and guests of the University who experience motor vehicle problems on campus. We're not trained mechanics, but we try to be there when you need us; and we'll do our best to get you on your way.
