Isabelle (Izzie) Guerrero is currently an M.A. student focusing on the historic archaeology of California and Βι¶ΉΣ³»­. She is interested in the post-colonial period and her thesis project is looking at mid-19th to early 20th-century mining and logging industries in the Western Great Basin and Sierra Βι¶ΉΣ³»­. Her research methods are based in collaborative and Indigenous archaeology. She has previous archaeology and research experience in the San Fransico Bay Area, Sierra Βι¶ΉΣ³»­, Peruvian Andes and the Balearic Islands.
