1,503: Exemption from State Purchasing Act

Chapter 333 of the Βι¶ΉΣ³» Revised Statutes exempts the Βι¶ΉΣ³» System of Higher Education from the general provisions of the State Purchasing Act and provides that NSHE may use the services of the State Purchasing Division on a voluntary basis.
